Effective February 26th, 2024, USCIS’ previously announced inflation-adjusted filing fee for Premium Processing requests was enacted. These changes are made under the USCIS Stabilization Act, which authorizes DHS to adjust premium fees biennially based on inflation calculated by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers.
These increases in premium processing fees are the first to occur in three years and are listed in the graph below.
