Myrtle Robinson Kirlew

Myrtle Robinson Kirlew is a 1992 graduate of Howard University School of Law. From 1993 to the present, she has assisted employers, employees, families and individuals with their immigration matters. She also handles deportation defense and other matters before the immigration service and the immigration courts. First as co-founder of Robinson Jacobs and now as Principal of Robinson Kirlew & Associates, Ms. Robinson has been serving the immigration needs of businesses and families throughout the United States for over 15 years. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Robinson is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Maryland State Bar Association.

Andrea Stewartson

 
Andrea Stewartson is a graduate of the George Washington Law Center, in Washington D.C., and the Norman Manley Law School. After completing a year’s judicial internship with the Honorable Anna Blackburn-Rigsby of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, she joined the firm in 2006. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Ms. Stewartson represents both corporate and individual clients with immigration matters. These include temporary work and immigrant visas petitions- H-1B, R-1, L-1, and labor certifications PERM. She has a passion for assisting Ministers of Religion and other Religious Workers obtain work visas and Permanent Residence.
As an Immigrant to the United States, Ms. Stewartson understands the needs of individuals seeking legal status. She also handles family-based visa petitions, together with citizenship and naturalization clients. She has represented clients before Immigration Court in cancellation of removal and deportation proceedings.

Colline M. Silvera

 
Colline M. Silvera is a 1989 graduate of Howard University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude; she was also a member of the Howard Law Journal. As a law student she served as a legal intern with the Honorable Stanley Sporkin of the United States District Court. She is a former CPA who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Atlantic Union College. She began her legal career at Weil, Gotshal, and Manges in Washington, D.C., practicing in Corporate and International Tax Law. Over the years her practice areas have expanded to include Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Immigration, and Bankruptcy. Ms. Silvera is an adjunct professor at Howard University School of Law since 1998 and has taught Legal Drafting and Legal Accounting. She has also taught Bankruptcy at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law.
